It was 1912 when McCall Field was purchased for baseball team competition among companies that would one day become PECO Energy. The site quickly became a popular location for track, soccer, tennis and family picnics. Originally an old farm complete with rolling corn fields, house and barn, the land eventually emerged into the conference center and recreation complex it is today with 77 acres for golf, baseball, football, tennis, volleyball, corporate meeting and social events. Participation in sports is open to all regular Exelon East employees, and as a courtesy, to spouses of employee participants for an additional fee.
Many things have changed since 1912. Today we are McCall Golf & Country Club, a private 18 hole, par 66 golf course with conference facilities catering to group meetings, training programs, wedding receptions and private parties. Come see the difference!
The golf course is for the use of employees and spouses. Recently a limited number of Associate golf memberships are available. Contact the Pro Shop, 610-734-7903, for additional information.
