Chet Gratkowski CCM CFE is the General Manager of McCall Golf and Country and the PECO Energy Company Beneficial Association.
Chet has over 35 years in the Hospitality Field with 30 of those years in Country Clubs and Sports Related Facilities.
The initials CCM (Certified Club Manager) and CFE (Certified Food Executive), represents years of on-going training, attendance in classes and seminars, and passing many rigorous tests and exams. Chet has been a member of the Philadelphia and Vicinity Chapter of the Club Managers Association of America for over 25 years. He was President of the Association in 1996, 1997 and 2006. Chet was also the Chairman of the Philadelphia Club Foundation in 2007.
In the last 28 years Chet has held two positions as General Manager at Cedarbrook Country Club in Blue Bell and North Hills Country Club in Oreland.
Chet was born and raised in Bensalem Pa. where he attended both Bensalem High School and Bucks County Technical School. Upon graduation Chet went on to the Culinary Institute of America, in Hyde Park New York. He graduated at the age of 19 from college and became the Executive Chef at The Trevose Hilton in Trevose Pennsylvania. While at the Hilton he joined the management staff of Hotel Enterprises that not only managed the Hilton but hotels and resorts in the US. He became their Corporate Chef.
Chet then moved on and became General Manager of the Cedarbrook Country Club, with the distinct honor of being the youngest GM in Club Management.
Chet now resides in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, with his wife Toni. He has been a Coach for Bensalem High School’s Varsity Basketball Program for over the past 18 years.
